
As EMEA Sales Manager, Dayo looks after our European market. His technical background combined with his customer facing experience allow him to offer a knowledgeable and unique perspective and support to our customers.
Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate of University of Manchester. Following graduation, I spent a couple of years doing design and engineering of compact heat exchangers. My transition into more customer facing sales roles in the last few years within the Oil and gas industry has been exciting and, without a doubt, challenging.
What is your is role at Fluenta?
I am responsible for all activities related to our meter sales and services for our customers across Europe.
What does your ‘average’ day at work look like as Sales Manager?
The goal is to ensure our meters are providing our users with the information they require, so my average workday starts with various levels of communication with colleagues and customers to ensure this.
It also includes a lot of meetings and many trips around the world, as there are different daily challenges.
What are you most looking forward to about working at Fluenta?
I am most looking forward to increasing our customers base in Europe and building our relationship with customers across the UK and Norway
What do you predict for the future of oil and gas technology?
There are so many technologies that drives this industry, which will be impacted with AI growth, I can only see more innovative and exciting solutions penetrating the industry.
What advice do you have for newcomers to the Oil & Gas industry?
There is so much to learn and do, do not limit yourself.
